Marketing Department is responsible for increasing the company's brand awareness, while at the same time taking care of the promotion of its products and services. ‘PRIME PRODUCTS LTD’ is looking for a full-time Marketing assistant, who will support all the basic functions of the Marketing Department and participate in the organization of promotional campaigns and the development of Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to Marketing executives for the organization of various projects and daily tasks
  • Using Marketing data analysis techniques (social media, web analysis tools, etc.)
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial data
  • Supporting the organization and monitoring promotional events and physical or digital campaigns
  • Creating and publishing promotional content on the company's website and social media
  • Creating Marketing material (brochures, catalogs, etc.)
  • Direct communication with the department's external partners

The following are required:

  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience in a similar job position is desirable
  • Excellent computer and MS Office programs literacy
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva programs
  • Creativity, organization and team spirit
  • Ability to create and make presentations
  • University/TEI degree or equivalent in the field of Marketing or Business Administration
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English

The Product Management department plays a particularly important role in the process of customers’ requests arrangement as it is responsible for communicating with the company's main suppliers. ‘PRIME PRODUCTS LTD’ is looking for a full-time employee in the position of Product Manager for life-saving equipment for the Maritime Sector who will be informed about the trends and the situation of the market and accordingly will identify new products and manage the existing ones, so as to keep the company's product portfolio organized and competitive.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with suppliers
  • Order placement to suppliers and ERP system
  • Managing the stock in the warehouse
  • Conducting market research
  • Building and establishing new partnerships
  • Managing the price lists
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • E-shop update
  • Product promotion direction
  • Product categorization, codification and description
  • Export of statistical studies
  • Follow-up request for non-transformed offers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position or sector is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office programs
  • Desired knowledge of ERP programs
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills

PRIME PRODUCTS LTD is looking for a full-time employee in the position of Business Development Manager for the Maritime Industry in Europe. Business Development Manager should be responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating client pricing, and forecasting sales revenue. A prerequisite for someone to be the ideal candidate for this position is to have many years of experience in the Maritime sector and to already have contact with various shipping companies based in Europe. The aim is to continue the strong growth of PRIME PRODUCTS LTD's client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting and communicating with global customers to present, promote and sell products and services
  • Conducting cost-benefit and customer needs analyses for existing and potential customers
  • Establishing and developing constructive business relationships with clients
  • Achieving sales goals according to the plan
  • Collaborating with other departments to implement the sales promotion process
  • Analyzing market dynamics, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Searching for new opportunities to expand into new markets/customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints-problems
  • Monitoring pending offers
  • Contacting for after sales customer support

Prerequisites:
