• Three (3) year warranties for Instruments Sensors. In case of malfunction of the sensor, it will be sent new free of charge.
• Onboard calibration/Free of charge certificates without off landing instruments for 3 years.
• Exchange services: If a malfunction or any problems arise or there are doubts that the instruments are not working properly we will exchange it at the next convenient port.
• Notification/Reminding System:  60 days before the expiration date of the certificates, a notification email will be sent and our technicians will instruct the Master of the vessel on the actions that have to be made in order to proceed with calibration on board and certificates be updated.  
• Training courses: To all relative employees and crew where a certificate of compliance will be provided. Relative courses can be made also onboard vessels within our branch offices.
• Continuous communication with the ship for support and technical assistance available at any time needed.
• Web Platform Fully updated with certificates online and technical support.  
• Free transportation costs in Piraeus, Rotterdam, Limassol, Fujairah, Singapore, and Houston (depends on the terminal).
